WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE DO

We are a water treatment, recycling, and rendering facility dedicated to promoting a cleaner environment by treating and disposing non-hazardous industrial wastes. We are proud to provide a service that benefits the environment, and have been doing so since Southwest Processors / Southwest Treatment Systems, Inc. was established in 1963. Our organization began with the treatment of waste water, but we found a strong need for servicing waste products/packaging as well. Our product handling division was developed in 1990. We are located in East Los Angeles, and serve the Southwest United States.

Ours is a rather unique business niche, one that doesn't have a simple definition -- technically our plant is called a "Centralized Treatment Facility for Industrial Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste." Don't worry about the fancy title. Here's what you really need to know: Our job is to take care of waste materials and by-products, and make them safe for disposal. We treat both wastewater and solid products. We will come to you and pick up your waste water or products, or you can deliver to us. Water Treatment: We specialize in the transport and treatment of different types of waste water, including car and truck wash sumps and clarifiers. We analyze the waste water in our on-site laboratory to determine toxic content (if any). If the water contains toxins, we treat it at our plant until it is safe for disposal (as regulated by government agencies).
